How to view Exam Reports

Use this guide to view the following popular built in Exam Reports.

Access: the minimum permissions required to view the Exam Reports is found in the Examination>Routines>Active Season Module from Config<Setup>Roles and Permissions.

Pathway

Exam Entries

Use this list report to report on Subject Specific Exam Entries that can be sent to Staff for checking with the option to Include a Date and Signature.

The report shows each unit that the Candidates are entered for with Exam Date and Paper information.

Teacher Data Sheets

This is similar to Exam Entries however, this just shows the Exam Option Code with one row per Candidate.

Again you can include a Date and Signature line

Exam Entry Costs

Use this list report to report on Exam Entry Costs by Subject with totals per Board

This report is grouped by Exam Board, leave Board as Not Selected to Report on all Exam Boards

Data Transfer Entries

Use this report to report on Submission Files which shows Candidate Name, Number, Exam Option, Exam Name and Entry Code.

It is your schools responsibility to ensure any Submissions are submitted to the Exam Boards.

Select the Season from the drop down and then click on the required File Names or click the top left tick to Select All.

Candidate Entries

Use this individual Candidate Entry Report to distribute to Candidate so Entries can be checked by the Candidates . This report doesn’t contact Exam Dates.

The Default Text is this report is configured in Config>Examinations>Configurations.

Choose Order of Reports and Include Parent and/or Candidate Signature if required.

Basedata Outline Timetable

Use this report to plan invigilation and rooming for upcoming Examinations, it could also be used to distribute to stakeholders prior to Examinations.

Include Date Repetition means the Date will show on each line for every Examination.

Candidate Timetables

Use this report to create Individual Candidate Timetables which can then be distributed to Candidates prior to Examinations

The Default Text in this report is configured in Config>Examinations>Configurations

Candidate Labels

The Candidate Labels creates labels showing various Candidate information dependant on the parameters set.

They DON’T SHOW EXAM ENTRY INFORMATION so could be used for every Exam to identify Candidates.

If you take the Labels to a Page to 8 – Avery L7165 then you will be able to tick Include Candidate Photo

These Labels can then be printed.

Candidate Components

The Candidate Component Labels report creates labels showing various Candidate and Exam information dependant on the parameters set below.

They SHOW EXAM COMPONENT ENTRY INFORMATION so can only be used once in Exams to identify Candidates and show Exam Component Information

If you take the Labels to a Page to 8 then you will be able to tick Include Candidate Photo

These Labels can then be printed

Exam Registers

Use this Register report for invigilation purposes to take a Register during Examinations

Choose the required Room(s), you can select more than one Room and set Order By.

If required choose the include Candidate Exam Times and Include Additional Notes which can be added to Entries

Seating Plans

Use this Grid Report in either PDF or Excel format to print Exam Day Seating Plans. Use this for invigilation purposes to record where Candidates are seated in an Examination

Choose the required Room(s) , you can select more than one Room and then choose what to Include.
