Use this guide to resolve School Census Query 4006

Query 4006

• DfE Validation: Where <LearnFAMCode> is equal to ’21’ or ’22’, pupil <EnrolStatus> should not be equal to ‘S’
• Explanation: Students should not have learning funding and monitoring (FAM) code 21 or 22 recorded if their enrolment status equals S. Unless the data relates to a previous term when the pupil had single or main registration.

For those Students identified from the Student Profile choose Funding & Allowances from the top right All drop down

Then click on the required record

Then to edit/view the Learner Monitoring record click the pencil icon

Check/amend the details as required, remember to click Save if you make any amendments.

The 3 Learning Funding & Monitoring codes to choose from are

• 01: in receipt of National Tutoring Programme
• 21: Learner in receipt of 16-19 tuition fund
• 22: Learning repeating up to one full year of 16-19 funded provision

IMPORTANT : in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
