A brief list of some of the expected enhancements/updates
This list shows what’s being developed in the current sprint and is planned to be released on Friday 10th May.
Census
- Relevant date parameters will be set up in preparation for the England Summer Census 2024.
Options
- A new Timetable Patterns setting will be introduced to prevent selected Subjects from being placed in the same Block.
- A new Timetable Patterns lock will be introduced for locking one or more students into selected classes and locking one or more classes into selected blocks.
- A new process in Options Setup will distribute pupils to classes by key attributes.
Finance
- Bank Accounts page will be converted to a new UI.
- Import/Export page will be converted to a new UI.
- Accounts Receivable > Refunds page will allow refunds for all payment types and be linked to payments.
- The new Write Offs page will be introduced allowing finance users to write off bad debt.
- Enhancements will be made to the Accounts Receivable > Receipts page.
- Users will have the ability to delete Templates from both Accounts Receivable > Invoices & Credit Notes, and Accounts Payable > Invoices & Credit Notes.
- Accounts Receivable > Customers page will require a reason for cancellations in the Customer Activity panel.
- Users will be able to Invoice multiple Purchase Orders via a single Invoice.
Reporting
- A new Options domain and sub domain will be added to Quick Report.
