Default Attendance Mark Protection

A new setting, Default Attendance Mark Protection, has been added to Modules > Attendance > Registration Options under the Rolling Register Options heading.

Teachers taking a Register using the New UI will now see a Padlock in the top right of their Registers. If Default Attendance Mark Protection is turned On, then by default the Padlock will be highlighted Blue, meaning that Default Attendance Mark Protection is active and once entered, Marks in the Register cannot be changed.

Click on the Padlock to deactivate Default Mark Protection, once the Padlock is no longer highlighted, Marks in the Register can be Changed.

If Default Attendance Mark Protection is turned off from within Modules > Attendance > Registration Options then it will be deactivated by default, the Teacher will still see the Padlock icon on Registers and can click on it to activate Default Attendance Mark Protection if they wish.
