We can see since 17:00 on the 19/04/2022 payments made by parents through the MyChildAtSchool website and MCAS App are failing. You can view these failures on the MCAS> Online Payments > View Orders page.
We are currently in contact with our payment provider to find out why this is happening. This issue is being handled with the utmost urgency and we will keep you updated on timescales for resolution.

Our payments provider has now been able to identify the cause of the failed payments. They are currently working on a resolution with the aim of getting the service back online tomorrow. We do not have an exact time yet but will provide you with further updates in the morning.

Our payment provider has now confirmed that this has been resolved. We will be continuing to monitor the service over the coming days. Any payments made by parents between 17:00 on the 19/04/2022 and 14:00 on the 21/04/2022 where they received a failed message will need to submitted again. We will be carrying out a full investigation on the cause of the outage to ensure this can not happen again.
