How to Add Additional Student Information to Assessment Sheets

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

Use this function to add Student Information to Assessment Sheets, for example Free School Meal eligibility. Teachers can then view this information when entering assessment data.

Hover on the Modules heading on the Toolbar, then select Assessment and click on Manage Templates.

Select a Template then click Edit.

This will open the Template Details page, go to the Columns section and click Add.

This will open the Add Template Columns page. From the dropdown list select the Add Columns for Additional Student Information option and click Save.

Chose the Additional Information you wish to display and click Save.

The Columns of Additional Student Information will be displayed, then click the Save button again.

This information will now be visible to users entering assessment data.
