Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.
Office Staff can use this guide so Student Birthdays show in Registers. Birthdays are shown as a cake symbol in both Secondary and Primary Schools and is visible in both Projector On and Projector Off Mode.
From the Home Screen on the top right click on your picture or circle and select My Account
At the top of the screen the user can select either Myself or User Default according the the relevant roles and permissions for the user.
From the Attendance Section tick to Show Student Birthdays in register
Click Save.
The following 2 images show a Secondary School Register and a Primary School Register with the Birthday Cake Symbol visible ( note this is visible in both Projector on and Projector Off)
