Access: The minimum permissions required to access Assessment is found in the Assessment Module of Config > Setup > Roles And Permissions.

Start by setting up the correct configuration to copy and paste in the Marksheet in Config > Assessment > Configurations.

Tick the checkbox labelled Enable Copy/Paste in Marksheets in the Assessment Configurations panel and click Save. Once this option is enabled, users can copy and paste marks. The default is set to off.

Next, go to Modules > Assessment > Assessment Sheets List.

Follow the steps to copy and paste data into the same Marksheet.
- Copy Marks: In the Marksheet, right-click on the column you wish to copy. This column can be empty, partially completed, or fully populated. Select Copy Marks from the menu.
- Paste Marks with Warning: Right-click on the column you want to paste into. Select Paste Marks from the menu.
- A warning message will appear, giving you the option to review before proceeding. If you wish to continue, click Proceed to paste the marks into the selected columns.
- Important: The time required to paste the marks will vary based on the size of the Marksheet.
- Save Changes: After pasting the marks, users must Save the Marksheet to finalise the changes.
Note: The clipboard retains the last copied column, allowing users to paste the marks into multiple columns if necessary.
Limitations: Copying and pasting will not work for columns that contain formulas or are non-editable. Only editable columns support this functionality that have the same Set Column Value. If a user attempts to copy and paste into a invalid column, an error message will appear and the cells will be highlighted with a red exclamation mark. The pasted data will not save into these cells.
