How to Create Assessment Grids

Assessment Grids can be used to create a colour coded grid to cross reference and highlight how students assessment data compares and where students grades differ across different subjects or assessment points and how grades collected compare against targets.

  • For example, in this guide we’ll create a grid to compare English current grades for Year 11 students in the Autumn and Spring data collection points (Terms) to show progress in a grid format
  • You can also add visual indicators to the grid to further compare the data for example green arrow up to show comparison of data to target, this is done in Data Sources Individual
  • The examples in this guide are taken from a Secondary training database.
