In this guide, we show How to Create Cost Centre Ledger Links in the MAT Finance Module.
Access: The minimum permissions required to Manage Cost Centre Ledger Links are found in the Finance Module section of Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.
Pre-requisites: Cost Centres and Ledger Codes need to have been set up in order for them to be linked.
To begin, from the left Menu, go to Config > Finance > Cost Centre Ledger Links.
This shows a list of Cost Centre Ledger Links and from here it is possible to Add Links, Remove Links, Hide Links and Unhide Links.
Note: Cost Centres need to be linked to a Ledger Code for use in transactions.
To Add a New Cost Centre Ledger Link, click Add.
Select the Cost Centre.
Scroll through the Ledgers or Search using the Search Bar (e.g. 360102).
Tick the Ledger Code to link and then select Save.
This will now be available to use in transactions.
