How Teachers can enter Behaviour Data

In this guide, you will be shown how to enter Behaviour Data for Students such as Positive or Negative Events, either;

  • Via their Record directly
  • Or via the Students list page.

Access: There are two separate sets of permissions required to follow the methods shown in this guide. They will be shown within each section further into this guide.

There are two easy methods for adding Behaviour Events to a Student, both of them will begin by going to the Students List page.

You then need to select a Student/Students by clicking on them so that they are highlighted Blue.

Once a Student/Students are highlighted, you can either;

  • Press View to open their Record/s and navigate to the Behaviour area.
  • Press Actions>Behaviour Event to assign Events without being redirected.

Access: You will need the following permissions to access the Behaviour area of a Student’s record.

If you press View, this will open the Student’s record.

Using the side menu, navigate to the Behaviour tab.

You can then add a Behaviour Event by using the + icon on top right of the Events section.

Note: You can also add Actions, Detentions or Exclusions on this page if required.

Press Actions

Access: You will need the following permissions to access the Behaviour Entry function from the Students list page>Actions.

If you press Actions, you need to then select Behaviour Event from the drop down.

Actions

This will open a Behaviour Entry screen where you can add a Behaviour Event without being redirected.

Press Submit or Submit & Close to complete the process once all required details have been populated.
