Go to Modules>wTimetable>Projects>Click on Project to see the Timetable panel with the tabs below. Create Backup is visible in the top left on any of the tabs in the Timetable.

Click on Create Backup button,

A message will appear to let the user know the Backup has been saved successfully

Once a Backup has been created you have the ability to click on the Create Backup dropdown and select View / Restore Backups.

The popup displays saved versions of the timetable (maximum 15 in the list), and the number of the current Timetable Version you are working in.

Use the icons in the Actions column to:

  • Edit the Notes column in the popup.
  • Replace the current timetable version with this backup (restore to an earlier version).
  • Copy the backup as a new timetable labelled ‘Copy of (existing timetable name)’, (backups will be deleted from this new version).
  • Delete the backup.

Timetable backup versions will appear in the Timetables page underneath the dropdown arrow.
