This guide looks at the Bands within Curriculum Plan
A Band is used to help make a timetable more manageable. This could be because Students are added to Bands and so each has the same number of lessons for their Subjects; or it may be to help manage Staff where the required number of Classes in a Year Group exceeds the available number of Staff for that Subject.
For example, PE has 3 teachers but there are 6 Classes in the Year Group. All cannot be taught at the same time so splitting into 2 or more Bands allows Staffing flexibility. All Classes must have a teacher and in practice it means some Students will have PE on a different day/Period.

Use the arrows to go to the next Band.
The pencil and bin icons in the middle of the Band allow users to Rename or Delete Bands.
