Use this guide to manage incomplete/complete Assessment Sheets/Marksheets. Data Managers can see how much Assessment Data has been completed by Teaching Staff in Data Entry Columns.

From the Home Page go to Modules>Assessment>Assessment Sheets List.
In this example we have filtered by Marksheet Type = Marksheet and Marksheet Name = Year 11 to see all the Year 11 Marksheets.
Tick to Include Completed Percentage Column
The screen will refresh automatically and add a column on the right to show the Completed Percentage Column, this column looks for Data Entry Columns within the Marksheet
In the example below the Dance marksheet is showing 33% completed.
This means that 1 out of the 3 Data Entry Columns has been completed by the Teacher.
