Within the Curriculum Plan and Scheduling pages the Notes button can be found, the Notes button opens a panel, where the user can Add Notes for themselves to help the planning process.
The minimum permissions required to create a Timetable are found in the Timetable Module from Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions > Choose Role>Edit>Timetable > Timetable App.

Go to Modules>wTimetable to open Projects>Click on your Project to see the Timetable panel with the tabs below. Click on Curriculum or Scheduling.
Click on the top right Notes icon.
Click Add Note.
Enter text in Notes and click Save.
Edit or Delete the Note as required. Click Add Note to add another Note.
