When a parent loads the MCAS parent app on a mobile device they will first see the My Child dashboard for their child.
Settings
Top right Settings button: this covers Account Settings, Privacy and Security, Financial Payment Methods, Financial Order History, and School Contact Information
Student Choice
The Student Name dropdown allows the user to switch to another Student account.
Calendar
The Calendar allows you to check the Students Timetable and Attendance on a day by day basis. Click on the Day you would like to see the information for in the Calendar.
And it will then display the Classes they have scheduled for the selected day and their Attendance in each Class.
Modules
All modules that you are able to see information for, for example Behaviour or Homework will be listed below. Which modules you see here is controlled by the School. Click on the required Module name to see more information.
Banner
The banner along the bottom of the app contains the following further options;
- My Child – Dashboard
- Store – Displays school products that can be purchased online.
- Announcements – Displays announcements from the school.
- Messages – Displays messages from the school.
