This guide is for use by Parents and will explain how you can Save your Card Details within MCAS for use on future purchases.

In a Browser
In order to Save your Card Details for future use you need will need to make a Purchase. Once you have added all required items to your Basket, click the Basket icon in the top right hand corner and then click Checkout to view the items in your Basket.
Check that the Items in the Basket are correct and click Checkout when you are ready to continue.
Select Use New Card, enter your address details, and tick the box that says ‘Save Card Details for quick payment in the future’.
Then click ‘Confirm & Pay’.
You will then be taken to WorldPay, our payment provider, to complete the Purchase. Enter your Card Details, and once you are happy the details are correct, click ‘Make Payment’.
This will complete your Purchase and save your Card Details within MCAS for future use. Next time you come to make a Purchase, your Saved Card Details will appear as a Payment Method for you to select on the Order Summary screen.
When you select the Saved Card as your Payment Method you will be prompted to confirm your CVC code and address details.
In the Mobile App
In order to Save your Card Details for future use you need will need to make a Purchase. Once you have added all required items to your Basket, click the Basket icon which can be found along the bottom of your screen, to view a summary of the items in your Basket.
Review the items in your Basket and once you are happy, select Checkout
In the Payment Method Dropdown, select Use New Card
Enter your address details and tick the box that says ‘Save Card‘. Once you are happy the information is correct, click ‘Confirm & Pay’.
You will then be taken to WorldPay, our payment provider, to complete the Purchase. Enter your Card Details, and once you are happy the details are correct, click ‘Make Payment’.
This will complete your Purchase and Save your Card Details for future use. The Saved Card will be available to select from the Payment Methods dropdown and the Payment Options Screen.
When you select the saved card as your Payment Method you will be prompted to confirm your CVC code and address details.
