How to Set and Analyse Quizzes from the Teacher Dashboard,

Use this guide for the following processing for Setting and Analysing a Quiz from the Teacher Dashboard

Set Quiz from the Teacher Dashboard

In this example the Year 9 teacher has set a simple mathematics quiz from My Dashboard>Select Class>Assignments>Quizzes

This is set as per the example screenshots below

Basic Details Example

Click Save

In the Assigned Groups tab one class has been assigned and the Available from and Due Date set.

In the Questions tab we can see 5 questions on the left have been set, if we wanted to add more we would simply type the new Question into the right hand column and click Add Question to Quiz

Analyse Quizzes

Now the teacher wants to see how many Students have completed the quiz and analyse the answers.

Go to My Dashboard>Choose Class>Assignment>Quizzes

  • In the Received column we can see 8/10 quizzes have been Received.
  • Then click the eye icon on the right under Actions to view Student List

Use the right hand side Grid Actions to export, copy or print the Student List

If required Click to select the relevant Students and from the Actions drop down select Raise Behaviour Event.

Review

Or alternatively without selecting any Students click Review from the Actions drop down.

This will show a Student List on the left and Question Analysis on the right.

Example Review

Click Download Group Analysis, this will download the Group Analysis in Excel format and save it locally to your pc under Downloads.
