Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.
Important Documents can be used to make important files available to MCAS users.
To start, select MyChildAtSchool and click on Important Documents.
Complete the information:
- Choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Widget on the Parent Portal.
- Choose the Title and the Subtitle for the module, you can also choose to display a message if there are no current Documents.
- Documents can then be Added by clicking on Add button.
Enter the details for the Document.
•Document Title – is the Name of the Document to be displayed
•Document Description – is a Description of what the Document is about
•Group Type – e.g. Class, Tutor Group, to which the Document will be available
•Group – is the Group itself (e.g. Maths Y7) to which the Document will be available
•Available From and To – is the Date range which the Document will become visible for MCAS Users
•Attachment – is the Document to be displayed
When you’re finished, click Save and then Close buttons.
