How to Configure Reports for My Child at School

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

From Config select MyChildAtSchool and click on Reports.

Complete the Report Settings:

  • Choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Widget on the Parent Portal.
  • Choose the Title for the module and the Subtitle, you can also choose to display a message if there are no current Reports. The ‘%’ indicate a merge field so this will show the Students‘ names.
  • Ticking the Show year & term details on report file name box will add the Year and Term details to the Report name.

When you’re finished, click Save.
