This page will show you how to submit a Safeguarding Incident for Students.
The Safeguarding Incident once Saved is automatically added to the Student Details in the MIS under Students > View > Profile > Safeguarding.
Once logged in click on the Safeguard Incident option. You may have to scroll down depending on which device you are using.
This will open the Safeguard Incident with the Student List for the Student to be selected. To do this click on the right facing Arrow to the right of the Student.
This will open the Safeguarding Incident page.
You may have to scroll down depending on which device you are using.
The Student Details will be filled in be default.
- Select the Date and Time, [this automatically defaults to the current Date and Time]
- Click on the Incident Status to select an Incident Status of In Progress or Open, mandatory field
- Click on the Incident Category and select from the listed Categories, mandatory field
- Enter the Incident Details
When complete click on the Create button.
