How to Use Manage School Objectives and Appraisals

This guide shows you how to setup School Objectives and Appraisals in HR Management.

Access: The minimum permissions required to access Manage School Objectives And Appraisals can be found in the Administration module from within Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.

School Objectives

Go to Modules>Administration>HR & Performance Management>Manage School Objectives And Appraisals

Pathway

To Add a new School Objective click on the top right +

Top right +

Add the required information and click Save. All fields marked with an asterisk* must be completed in order to save the record.

Create/Edit School Objective

The School Objective has now been added.

The Schools Objective can now be added to the Staff Objectives in the Staff record from the Performance Management section.

Manage Appraisals

Use Manage Appraisals to allow Staff to add Self Appraisals for School Objectives.

Add School Objective to the Staff record

To add the School Objective to the Staff record go to Staff > Select Staff Member(s) > View > Performance Management > Staff Objectives and select the + icon top right.

The School Objective will be listed here.

Click Save.

If Self Appraisal has been configured then Staff with see the Self-Appraisal tab when adding a Staff Objective.

This tab will display any Additional Fields added under Modules > Administration > HR & Performance Management > Manage School Objectives and Appraisals and a Notes panel.

Click Save.
