In this guide, we show how to use the Budget Projections Report in the MAT Finance Module.
Access: The minimum permissions required to Use the Budget Projections Report are found in the MAT Finance Module section Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions.
To begin, go to Reports > Finance > Budget Projections Report.
The report presents a number of parameters from which to select.
A key parameter allows the option of Showing Income As either Positive (default) or Negative. This will determine how income is displayed in the report.
With Show Income as Positive, income is shown as a positive in the report:
With Show Income as Negative, income is shown as a negative in the report:
The default Show Income As parameter is for the report to Show Income as Positive. To change the default to Show Income as Negative, click on the pencil icon in the top right of the screen.
Click on the green Save icon.
Clicking on the red Bin icon returns the parameters to their default setting, that is, Show Income as Positive.
