In this guide, we show how to use the Management Accounts Projections Report in the MAT Finance Module.
Access: The minimum permissions required to use the Management Accounts Projections Report are found in the MAT Finance Module section of Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions.
To begin, from the left Menu, go to Reports > Finance > Management Accounts.
The Report presents a number of parameters from which to select.
If Include Budget has been ticked and either Report By is MA Mappings or Type is Projections, then there is the choice to Display Budget as Roll Forward Budget or Unspent Budget Column. If Include Budget is unticked, Display Budget is shown but Roll Forward Budget is the only option.
Click on Export to Excel.
The Export reflects the chosen parameters and gives a more accurate representation of the Budget.
