In this guide we’ll look at how you can view Parents Evening Appointments and Schedule new Appointments using the new Teacher App.
The Teacher App is designed to help Teachers complete their day to day tasks, on the go, quickly and easily and is free to download from the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for other devices.
From the Modules screen, select Parents Evening.
This will load a list of any current Parents Evenings. Click on the Parents Evening to see more information.
At the top of the page you’ll see the Date and Time of the Parents Evening. Below that, you’ll see a list of all the Appointments booked for you and who they’ve been booked by. If you have free slots and would like to assign them to a Parent or set yourself to Unavailable you can click on the free slot.
To assign the Appointment to a Parent, first select the Student from the drop down, then select which Parent you would like to assign the Appointment from the drop down. The Start and End Times will be pre-populated based on the slot you selected but you can change it if required. Once you’re happy click Save.
If you would like to set the slot to Unavailable, turn on the Set Unavailable toggle at the bottom of the page and press Save.
