How To use the Students Dashboard

Note: All pages below are subject to having the relevant Roles and Permissions.

This will allow Student information to be viewed and monitored throughout the MAT.

Containing:

Student Dashboard

Login into Vision and from the left Menu select Analysis > Dashboard > Students.

This will open the Student Dashboard, displaying Cards with the Number on Roll, FSM Ever6%, SEN Provision %, Minority Ethnic Group %, English Additional Lan % and two Charts.

The Settings option found top right allows the Settings to be selected using the radio buttons and Schools Filter options.

Charts

There are two Charts, a Bar Chart and a Doughnut Chart each with different views and the option to drilldown into the information, the results are dependent on the options selected in Settings.

Bar Chart

The Bar Chart gives two options to View Student By and Breakdown By, these are selected by clicking on the down arrow top left. Clicking on a Bar on the Chart will give the result for that section and clicking on the Maximise/Minimise icon top right will display the Chart in full screen or not.

Clicking on a section of the Chart will highlight that section, maximise the Chart and display a grid below with the information from the selected section.

Doughnut Chart

The Doughnut Chart gives one option to View Students By with seven selections, Phase, Key Stage, Gender, Pupil Premium, FSM Ever 6, SEN, or EAL, these are selected by clicking on the down arrow top left. Clicking on the Maximise/Minimise icon top right will display the Chart in full screen or not.

Clicking on a section of the Chart will highlight that section, maximise the Chart and display a grid below with the information from the selected section.

Note: The details displayed in all of the drilldown grids is dependent on the User Role.
