From the Dashboard either click on Attendance in the left hand menu or click More on the Attendance Widget.

In this example the Attendance Widget has been named Attendance in School

Menu Bar and Widget

When we click More we can see the full year for the Student with each day colour coded, the colours are configured by the school and a key to understanding the colours will be displayed at the top of the screen.

If the Student is present for all sessions, the date will have the colour corresponding to ‘Present’; however, if the Student has a different code for any of the sessions, the date will have the colour according to that code.

For Example:

  • If the Student was marked Present in both the AM and PM session, the day will be displayed in the colour corresponding to Present.
  • If the Student was marked Late in AM but Present in PM, the day will be displayed in the colour corresponding to Late.
  • If the Student was marked Present in AM but Authorised Absent in PM, the day will be displayed in the colour corresponding to Authorised Absent.
