Use this guide to view and set up the Exam section in the MCAS App, this could be used in the example your school wants to keep parents informed on Exam Results, Exam Timetables and Exam Room Seating.
The example screenshots in this guide are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the view in your App, your school will configure what you are able to see the in App.

Parent View
Go to MyChildAtSchool Parent App > My Child > Exam
- Parents can access the Exam Details screen directly from the Exam Timetables page by simply clicking on an exam.
- The Exam Results screen displays the full set of rows, depending on your configuration.
Configuration
This section shows the user how to set up the Parent View of Exams in the App.
Go to Config > MyChildAtSchool > Exam
- The Exam module follows the settings defined under Config > MyChildAtSchool > Exam, just as it does in the MCAS Parent web, including Seat Location in Exam Details.
- Room and Seat will be shown in Exam Details when ‘Show Exam Rooms’ and ‘Show Seat Location in Exam Rooms’ are enabled.
Note: If the Room and/or Seat has not been assigned it will display ‘Not Provided’.
