Login into Vision and from the left Menu select Analysis > Census > SWF Census.

The SWF Census page allows you to monitor the status of how schools are managing their SWF Census, within your Multi Academy Trust. Use the Year dropdown list to look at previous Years.

Selecting a School will display a panel to the right with the SWF Census Information for that School, with appropriate Permissions the User can redirect to view the SWF Census page within the MIS for further investigation for Errors, Queries etc. When working on the page the data remains static, the latest Data can be displayed by clicking the Refresh button.
