In this guide we’ll look at how Teachers can view their Timetable and the Timetable for other Staff Members using the Teacher App.
The Teacher App is designed to help Teachers complete their day to day tasks, on the go, quickly and easily and is free to download from the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for other devices.

From the Modules screen, select Timetable.
Use the Teacher drop down to select which Staff Member you would like to view the Timetable for. In the Calendar section, you can use the arrows either side of the Month to move to forward and back and use the arrow at the bottom of the calendar to expand the view to include the hole month.
Select the day you would like to view the Timetable for from the Calendar and the Timetable will be displayed in the bottom half of the page.
You can click on any of the lessons in the Timetable and it will take you to the Register for that session. For more information on this please see How to take a Class or Tutor Group Register in the New Teacher App
