When your application to sign up is approved you will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password:

- Click the link to “reset” and assign a password to your account.
- Now browse back to the website https://partner.bromcomcloud.com/ and sign in:
Under Applications you can ‘Create New Application’.
- From here you can create a new version of your application, and set the required permissions for your application to be able to work.
- You also can assign a logo to your app, and finally to publish it – so that it visible for all Bromcom customers to use.
- Note you cannot change the name of the application once saved.

Once the application is saved, it will be listed on the page with some Action buttons next to it.
If you click the eye icon (first Action button), you can publish an updated version of your application, which perhaps has more functionality and therefore needs to have more permissions:

Upon changing the permissions and clicking the Update button, a warning Confirmation message is shown about the version of your application changing:

If you accept this message by clicking OK : the application is updated and a message is displayed, click Close.

On the second Action button, you can see which schools have approved usage of your application on the REST APIs:

Initially this will be empty, because you need to advise the schools using your integration to approve your application with the Bromcom MIS (once developed).
When no schools have approved your application:

After a school has approved your application:

The only action you can perform here, is to View Logs. This may help you to identify if you are missing permissions in your installed application, and/or what end points you have accessed.
Back on the Applications page, when you click the third icon View Versions you can view your application id and secret, which will allow you to authenticate with the REST APIs.

The fourth Actions button Spy Glass allows you to see an Audit of the changes that occurred with the application:

The side bar has the following options;
- API Documentation – will allow you to list all the end points available and what their parameters are. It gives you an option to “try it out” for testing purposes too. Ensure that the School ID you are “testing” is expecting the test or is the partner sandbox 20001 test school.
- Support Tickets – will allow you to raise support tickets with the Partner Support team to review and respond.
- Manage Team – will allow you to create additional accounts for your development team if needed.
