Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2310
DfE Validation: <SENprovision> must be present and a valid value
DfE Explanation: SEN Provision is not a valid value
For those Students identified check that their SEN Need is accompanied by a valid SEN Provision. This can be checked on the Special Educational Needs Panel.

For the Students identified go the Student Profile and select the Special Educational Needs tab from the left hand side of the page
This will show you the Student’s Special Education Needs area where you can click on the Edit icon on one of the SEN records shown to bring up the details.
Then from within the SEN tab you can check/amend the SEN provision using the dropdown
Remember to click Save after making any amendments.
Note: If you are using custom SEN provision codes or SEN Needs, you may need to check the mappings in Lookup Tables. These can be found within Config > Administration > Lookup Tables.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
