Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2392
Error 2392:
- DfE Validation: Where there is more than one <SchoolArrangedAPDetail> node where <LeavingDate> is blank, <APAttendancePattern> for each <SchoolArrangedAPDetail> must be equal to ‘PT’
- Pupil has multiple open placements where the attendance pattern is not a valid combination. It is expected the pupil would be PT at each open placement
- Explanation: Go to Students>Student Profile>Enrolment>Alternative Provision Details>if more than one Alternative Provision record is present with the Leaving date left blank then the Attendance Pattern for each record must be PT (Part Time)

Go to Students>Students Profile>Enrolment>Alternative Provision Details
In the Add Alternative Provision Details check the Attendance Pattern is Part Time.
Click Save if you make any amendments.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
