Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2760

Error 2760:

DfE Validation:

• <LearningPlannedEndDate> must be equal to or greater than <LearningStartDate> 
• Learning aim – the planned end date must be on or after the start date

Explanation:

• Go to Students>View Student Profile>Enrolment>Programme and Learning Aims>Select Learning Aim>Edit ,the Planned End Date MUST BE on or after the Learning Start Date.
• If the Learning Aim isn’t linked to a Programme Aim choose Learning Aim in the Enrolment tab in the Student Profile.

In the example below the Learning Aim is linked to a Programme Aim, if its not choose Learning Aims in Enrolment

Go to Students>View Student Profile>Enrolment>Programme and Learning Aims

Click the pencil icon to the right of the Learning Aim you wish to view/edit

Check that the Planned End Date is on or after the Start Date.

Click Save if you make any amendments.

IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
