Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2955

SPRING RETURN ONLY

DfE Validation:

• There should be no more than 4 instances of <TypeOfChildcare> each instance to be unique and a valid value
• The type of childcare has been reported more than once

Explanation:

• In Config>Administration>Characteristics>Extended Services>Type of Childcare there should be no more than 4 records of Type of Childcare and each one should be unique. For example you cannot have 2 records where Type of Childcare is Before School.

Go to Config>Administration>Characteristics>Extended Services. The Type of Childcare should be unique i.e., it should not be reported more than once.

Click Save.

IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
