Error 2355Q

DfE Validation:

• There should be at least one <Address> node per <PupilOnRoll>
• Please check: Pupil record with no address details

Explanation:

• This query can appear if the Student Address is not active on Census Date i.e. the Start Date of the Address is after the Census Date.
• To check Student Address information go to Students>View>Student Profile>Edit Contact Details>Address>Check Start Date is correct> Save. See How to View Student Details

Go to Students>View>Student Profile. Then click on Edit Student Contact Details to the right of the Students telephone number

Then click on the Address tab, then if required click on the pencil icon to Click to Edit Address

Check the Start Date of the Address is correct, remember to click Save if you make any amendments.

IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
