Use this guide to resolve School Census Query 4006

Query 4006

• DfE Validation: Where <LearnFAMCode> is equal to ’02’, ’03’, ’04’, ’05’ or ’22’, pupil <EnrolStatus>should not be equal to ‘S’
• Explanation: Learner Funding and Monitoring information should not be returned for 16-19 pupils with subsidiary registration in the current term. Unless the data relates to a previous term when the pupil had single or main registration

For those Students identified from the Student Profile choose Funding & Allowances from the top right All drop down

Then click on the required record

Then to edit/view the Learner Monitoring record click the pencil icon

Check/amend the details as required, remember to click Save if you make any amendments.

IMPORTANT : in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
