Known Issues
Teachers missing from Curriculum Allocation report. This happens if the staff member doesn’t have any qualifications/teacher number on the profile and there is another profile (Student, Staff, Contact) that has the same first and last name as the staff member”
Modules > Census > School Workforce Census > pick a census return > Edit. When selecting an absence and hitting Remove, then using Save & Validate, the absence that gets removed is the one at the top of the list, instead of the absence that was selected. Workaround; select the absence you wish to remove, hit remove, then only use Save, do not use Save & Validate. Then edit that same census return again and use Save & Validate. The correct absence has been removed, instead of the top one.
Staff Contract Details for SWF Census not picking up the role information from Staff Contracts. Please note this DOES NOT affect all staff. The role information is still present in the SWF File, just not the report. This known Issue is not affecting all schools. The report can be found in Reports>Census>School Workforce>Staff Contract Details Report
Query 4565 – Where <Post> = (‘OSP’ or ‘TAS’) AND <ContractType> =’PRM’ or ‘FXT’ or ‘TMP’, then Base Pay, totalled across contract node should be less than £55,000. This query has been updated in the spec/validations to £55,000, however the XSLT is still showing as £50,000 – so any salary between £50,000 and £55,000 is currently triggering the query when it shouldn’t be. This validation rule will trigger correctly when the file is loaded into COLLECT.
Declared disability not coming out due to the information now being saved in Staff> Medical Conditions, Dietary Needs & Impairments instead of Staff>Edit Staff Details> Additional Information.
