This page is focused on the support you can expect from Bromcom in September 2024. It will be most useful to customers who have joined Bromcom recently. It covers:

The page covers:

Accessing the Bromcom support desk

Those who have purchased support from Bromcom (rather than a third party MIS team) should have been registered for our helpdesk and the support portal on or shortly after your go-live date. Registered contacts can add extra staff to support by using the Add Contact form.

Support is very busy in September. Please read our comprehensive guide to the Bromcom support desk and how you can get the best from the service, including how to find out about known issues, use online chat, and use our service status page.

Helpful guidance for new schools

We’ve collated some ‘new user’ guides in one place:

Read new user guidance.

Remember that you can also register for shared webinar trainings, and watch webinar recordings (which are all timestamped), on the book training page.

Back to school drop in sessions

We are running a range of short drop in sessions to support all customers with the busy start of term. You can drop in ask a question and then get on with the rest of your day.

As well as the module specific drop downs below, we are also running a general drop in session every day between 9am and 11am.
