This page is focused on the support you can expect from Bromcom in September. It will be most useful to customers who have joined Bromcom recently. It covers:

The page covers:

Accessing the Bromcom support desk

Those who have purchased support from Bromcom (rather than a third party MIS team) should have been registered for our helpdesk and the support portal on or shortly after your go-live date. Registered contacts can add extra staff to support by using the Add Contact form.

Support is very busy in September. Please read our comprehensive guide to the Bromcom support desk and how you can get the best from the service, including how to find out about known issues, use online chat, and use our service status page.

Helpful guidance for new schools

We’ve collated some ‘new user’ guides in one place:

Read new user guidance.

Remember that you can also register for shared webinar trainings see here for the Training Calendar and more information on Training.

Back to school drop in sessions

To support all customers with the busy start of term, we will be running daily drop-in sessions throughout September, Monday to Thursday, times as below. You’re welcome to drop in, ask any questions, and then carry on with the rest of your day.

In addition to the drop-in sessions above, for new schools going live this term we are also running role-specific webinars on a bi-weekly rota.

Support for Census

Book your Bromcom Census Training as soon as possible, click this link to visit our dedicated Census pages where you can download our Census manual and register for our free, live training on how to run the Census:

Just a reminder that new customers who have purchased support from Bromcom are also entitled to free transition calls with a Customer Success Manager. These calls can be used to review the Census alongside your CSM, helping to ease pressure on your school. Please speak with your Customer Success Manager to arrange a call.

Finding other schools who are new to Bromcom

The BromCommunity is thriving and provides a great place to get support and share best practice with peers. Anyone registered with support should already have received an invitation to join, but if you are having trouble accessing the community, please email community@bromcom.com.
