Q. When a teacher uploads files to set work, is there a maximum file size limit / total size limit?
- Answer. There is no limit on the file size
Q. When students submit Homework, is there a file size limit? How much storage do they have under ‘Resources’?
- Answer . The limit on this is 50mb
Q. Does any of the above uploaded files count towards our total DMS storage or are they completely separate areas of the system?
- Answer . Anything you add does not get included in your DMS, they are completely different.
Q. If Year 11 Students are processed as Leavers, will they be able to access Student Portal for their Exam Results?
- Answer . Students can still access Student Portal to view their exam results, even if they have been marked as leavers. On the user account page, their status will appear as “Leaver,” but their account will remain active. At the relevant time, you will need to deactivate or remove these accounts. This process is explained in the How to Manage Student Portal User Accounts guide.
