Student Right to be Forgotten Process

The Right to Be Forgotten process lets the user remove a student’s personal data from the system in line with data protection requirements. This does not delete the student record itself and cannot be undone, so use it only when necessary.

Important Details

  • This process removes personal data but does not remove the student from a school’s records.
  • The action is irreversible once completed.
  • To fully remove a student record (for example, a duplicate entry), check the separate Delete Student guide and discuss with the person responsible for data protection.
