Use this guide to resolve PLASC Error 11284.
Error 12181:
- Welsh Government Validation: <ALN SupportPlan>/100077 must be present
- Explanation: The pupil indicated in the error does not have a ALN support plan recorded.

Select Students from the menu on the left.
Select the Student indicated in the error from the list, and click View.
Select Additional Learning Needs from the menu on the left.
Select the + button in the top right hand corner of the ALN Details panel and select ALN Support Plan.
Hover over Click to Add New ALN Support Plan and click the + button that appears on the right hand side.
Select the relevant ALN Support Plan from the drop down and enter a Start Date, you also have the option to record a Broad Area of Need Type and an End Date if required, but these fields are not mandatory. Click Save.
IMPORTANT: In order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
