- Pupil Welsh medium education must be present

- For the selected Student check Welsh medium * via the following screen: Check Students>View>Ethnicity & Religion>Languages

Select Students from the menu on the left.
Select the Student indicated in the error from the list, and click View.
Use the drop down in the top right of the Pupil Details panel to select Ethnicity, Religion & Language.
Click the + button in the top right of the Ethnicity & Religion panel and select Languages.
Select the Welsh Language tab across the top and ensure that the Medium in which Welsh in taught dropdown value is correct.
Click Save.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
