Use this guide to resolve SWAC error 13054
Error:
- <NationalIdentity> Must be provided and field format and/or allowed values must match associated CBDS entry.
- National identity of workforce member missing or in an invalid format.
Explanation:
The Staff Member indicated in the error does not have a National Identity recorded.

Select Staff from the menu on the left.
Find the Staff member indicated in the error in the list, select them and click View.
Use the All drop down in the top right of the Staff Details panel to select Ethnicity & Religion.
Click the + button in the top right of the panel and select Ethnicity & Religion.
In the National Identity drop down, select the relevant value and click Save.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
