Use this guide to resolve SWAC error 13066
Error:
- If <StaffRole> = ‘HL’ then <HLTAStatus> must = ‘1’.
- HLTA status is missing for Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Explanation:
The Staff Member indicated in the error has a Role of HLTA but is not recorded as having Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status.

Select Staff from the menu on the left.
Find the Staff member indicated in the error in the list, select them and click View.
From the menu on the left, select Background Check
Scroll down to the Qualification Checks panel and click anywhere in the top half of the panel to expand it.
Higher Level Teaching Assist. Status can be amended using the tick box at the bottom of the pop-up. If any changes are made, click Save.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
