Use this guide to resolve SWAC Queries 13135 & 13136

Query 13135:

  • Across the school data return, at least one <SchoolWorkforceMember>< StaffRole> should be = (‘EH’ or ‘HT’ or ‘AC’).
  • Please check: at least one workforce member record in schools return should show a role of Head Teacher, Executive Head Teacher or Acting Head Teacher.

Explanation:

No Staff Members included in the return are assigned a role of Head Teacher, Executive Head Teacher or Acting Head Teacher.

Query 13136:

  • Where Phase = ‘NS’ or ‘PS’ or ‘SS’ or ‘MS’ the school data return, at least one <SchoolWorkforceMember StaffRole should be = ‘SC’ or ‘SP’.
  • Please check: at least one workforce member record in schools return should show a role of SEN ALN Co-ordinator..

Explanation:

No Staff Members included in the return are assigned a role of ALN Co-Ordinator

Select Staff from the menu on the left.

Find the Staff Member who should have the role assigned to them, click on them to select them, and click View.

Select Contracts from the menu on the left.

In the SWAC Information panel, click the + button in the top right hand corner and select SWAC Roles.

Click Add Role.

Select the relevant Role from the dropdown.

Check that Start Date is correct, it will default to today. If it is not correct, you can update it using the calendar icon.

You also have the option to record FTE and an End Date if required. Once you’re happy click Save.

IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
