What is Continuing Professional Development?
Bromcom’s Continuing Professional Development (Performance Management) area allows schools to create and track their staff members’ objectives, and links those objectives to overarching school objectives. Users can also track review or appraisal meetings, and keep any notes or important documentation that is created. Any CPD that staff members go on can also be added to the system, and used as evidence of progress against objectives.
Staff members will have their own performance management area to manage their progress against objectives, and easily see how they are progressing.
The Performance Management area also includes the ability to create the organisational structure of your school, so schools can easily create line management and direct report relationships between staff members.
