Support Availability over the summer period

Now that the majority of schools are reaching end of term, we hope you are looking forward to the summer period. 

Just to remind you that our team remain available to support you with any service requests and/or incidents, including your End of Year process, Exams and any other queries you may have.  

We will be making a small adjustment to our phone lines between the 29th of July through to the 30th of August, details as below: 

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, all lines open from 08:00 to 17:00 
  • Wednesday, lines open 08:00 to 16:00  
  • Friday, lines open 08:00 to 15:00 
  • A-Level and GCSE Results import days, 14th and 21st August, lines open 07:00 to 17:00 

Remember that you can still log cases 24/7 through our support site https://help.bromcom.com/ 

Our Cloud Services team will also be monitoring and managing the service availability 24/7.
