Changes to booking training from September 2023

From 1 September 2023 we are asking customers to stop using docs.bromcom.com/training to book training with Bromcom or access our online courses, and instead use https://bromcom.teachable.com/p/home:

docs.bromcom.com/training, including the online courses and webinar recordings, will be removed at the end of September 2023.

How to access and register for the new Bromcom training website

You must Sign Up before you can access courses, and then Enrol in each course.

Please find below a short video on signing up and using the new website to enrol in courses.

How to Access and Sign up for the Bromcom Training Website

Once you have Signed Up, you must Confirm your Email. Until you verify your email, you may not be able to enrol in courses.

This banner will appear at the top of the screen, until you confirm your email.

I am brand new to Bromcom – how do I know which courses I need to take?

For brand new users, we have Bundles of courses which allows you to enrol in a full set of courses, rather than pick them one by one.

To access the Bundles, on the product page, scroll down the page and select the relevant Bundle to you.

Bundles are available if you are new to Bromcom or new to MCAS

I’m not new to Bromcom – is this new site relevant to me?

Yes – this website will be used to advertise all training, including for statutory events like Census, and all additional modules such as Online Payments, or Office 365 Integration.

There are three main courses that we recommend ALL customers enrol in:

I’m having problems with the training site – What should I do?

Q: When I try to view a course it asks me to log in.

A: You need to be Signed up to the site and logged in to be able to view any of our course content. Follow the steps earlier in this guide for how to sign up.

Q: When I enrol on a course it redirects me to the home page.

A:This usually happens because you have enrolled on the same course previously. Click on My Courses at the top of the page and you should be able to start the course from there.

Q: I’ve clicked complete and continue but it isn’t allowing me to progress.

A: Some elements of the course will require you to completely finish that element before progressing, for example videos, and quizzes. Make sure you have completed the current element entirely. If it still won’t allow you to progress try refreshing the page.

Q: The site won’t allow me to sign up.

A: This is usually because there is an account already created using your email address. Try clicking Log in instead of Sign up and then click Forgot Password.
